How to order the truss system?
1. The customer should provide the size of your needed truss system, including width, length, height.
2. The customer should provide how many pillars you would like.
3. The customer should tell us whether you need the roof or canvas
4. The customer should tell us where will you use the truss. (outdoor or indoor, mobile or fixed)
5. We design the truss depending on the above information.
6. We can revise the design until the customer is satisfied.
7. After receiving the deposit, we arrange production according to the drawing.
8. After finishing all of the products, we will try to install this set of truss systems to make sure no mistakes, and take video or photos for the customer.
9. When the customer is satisfied with us, pls pay the balance, we will pack all of the goods and arrange, transport for you.

In order to provide optimum safety and reliability, all the materials are Aluminum Alloy 6082- T6 or 6061-T6. All the welding rods are the same as Global Truss.
