Main Frame:
Outside perimeter (mainframe) is made of 38mm diameter galvanized steel tubing, minimum 2.0mm thickness(after coating). The outer frame is a single length of tubing without welds or deformation. The pipe is bent at right angles with a minimum of smooth deformation. Horizontal and vertical bars are at right angles to the overall frame.

Grill: 14 equally-spaced bars inside vertical members, made of 16mm out diameter galvanized steel tubing, minimum 1.8mm(after coating),14 interior bars are 115mm apart, O.D. to O.D.

Locking: Male-Female interlocking ends. Units join and unlock at one position (30 degrees). The male interlocking device is a minimum 16mm diameter rod welded through mainframe at both ends. Male/Female connections have enough clearance to allow for uneven ground, a minimum of 13mm on top and bottom when connected.

Feet: the frame with foot

Finish: Entire panel is hot-dip zinc-galvanized after welding (not spraying, not use galvanized tube welding then spraying since on welded points). Every barrier is filed after galvanizing so that burrs from galvanizing are filed smooth and there are no sharp points.

Another finish:
powder-coated black, powder-coated orange or another colour.

Warranty: above 15-year warranty against hot dip galvanised tube material and spray zinc paint on welding points, above 5 years for powder coating or vinyl coated finishing(without galvanising).
