The Joful cutting machine is designed especially for almost all soft type materials recycling cutting, the working principle is different from regular single/double/four shaft shredder

The working principle is like a scissors, adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear, like a big automatic scssors (see below blades samples)

The discharge port is designed with removable sieve mesh, mesh size can be customized, ensure your different and uniform discharge size request

We can also equipped the machine with motor fan device, dust removal device, opening to fiber device and sorting device, totally meet you a fully recycling production line request

Textile scraps: Non-woven fabric, cloth, car interior, yarns, yarns, clothing (underwear scraps, jeans, towel, cap scraps, cotton fabrics)

* Pleas running the empty machine for more than 30 minutes, to check if every parts running well

* Sharpening the knifes according to our suggestion

* Avoid metal and other solid materials, that may damage the cutting blades

* Do not try to repair the machine yourself, if any problems comes up, please contact us firstly, we will solve your problem in the first time

* When feeding the machine, ,Do not reach hands inside
* During the machine is operating, do not reach out to pull out the material at the discharge port
* Please make sure cut off the power when you check and maintenance the machine

* Complete machine delivery, just need install the conveyor and connect the power cord will be ok, we offer your drawings and videos, clients can install by themself
