Q2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a
quotation?

3) The material and surface treatment.
4) The printing colors
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or designs
for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will

A: Yes, we can do any design requirement, our professional engineers
are the best and right person to do this.
Q4. What kind of format I should provide you for printing ?
A: AI, In Design, CDR, PDF, either is the best.
Q5. Can i get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the
pre-production sample for you to check the quality and design. The
mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on
the sample
Q6. Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A: Normally, the sample cost can be refundable once the amount up
to USD10,000 for each artwork.
