Product Description And Types

Membrane water wall panels is air leaktight construction which combined by tubes and fins.It's usually installed on the inner of boiler chamber,mainly uesd to absorbe radition heat from flame and high temperature gas.It' a evaporation heat surface of modern boiler and also as a basis past for water circulation loop in boiler,which can cooling and protect furnace wall.

HDB manufacture membrane water wall panels include below 3 types:

1.Steel flat and bare tubes are weld to a raw,which is meterial saving and low costing ,can meed all variety requiments of pitch.

2.Welding fin tubes in a row,this type only need short leadtime,can meeting rush product delivery.

3.Bare tubes burnt and welding,the intertube fins are formed by the melting and filling of welding wires.It's mainly used in short pitch wall panels.
