Fiber optic diamond polishing films are produced by using the
latest ultra-precision coating technology. They are often used for
precision polishing of optical fiber jumpers, semiconducting
materials, metal rollers, etc.

| Use range | This product evenly disperses the diamond prepolymer and the new
polymer material, coats the surface of the high-strength film and
then processes it by a high-precision cutting process. It is used
for degumming, rough grinding and fine grinding of the optical
fiber connector's fiber ferrule end face. |

| Instructions | 1.Before use, clean the fiber polishing rubber pad, moisten it with
a small amount of water, and attach a polishing film on it.
2.Wipe the coating surface of the polishing film with water, and
squeeze out the air between the polishing film and the polishing
pad; 3. Set the grinding time and pressure during use, please clean the
surface after each use |
