• Glue material for corrugated cardboard is starch, caustic soda and borax, we will provide the formula, in some special area, like themoist whether wich make the cardboard easy deformation. it need add special additive, we will provide help for this.
• After the machine finish as ordered, we will test machine in our factory, not only the machine idling, it will produce the cardboard lively in our factory to ensure the machine is qualified before leaving our factory.
• we will arrange our engineer to install and debug machine at customer factory. the installation time is about 30 working days and then we will spend 15 days to train customer engineers.
• Most of our machine spare parts are international standard, like the machine bearings, electric parts and others, it is easy forcustomer to purchase spare parts. Most of our company self made spare parts have storage, when customer need it, we can deliver soon. it ensure the customer machine running normally.
