Sintered Mesh Filter Overview

The product is a standard combination of the most widely used 5-layer sintered mesh. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined according to the corresponding structure and then sintered together in a vacuum sintering device, compressed and calendered to form a porous sintered material.

Sintered mesh material

Standard materials are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special alloy steel: MONEL 400, acceptable according to customer requirements.

Sintered screen size

Standard sizes are 600 x 1200 mm, 1200 x 1200 mm, 1200 x 1500 mm, special sizes can be done.

1. Wide range of filtration grade

Stable filtration rating from 1 micron to 100 micron.

With two layers of protection, the mesh of the filter layer is not easily deformed.
