For the OptiX OSN 9800 U64:
Each service slot provides a cross-connect capacity of 200 Gbit/s.
Cross-connects a maximum of 12.8Tbit/s ODUk (k = 0, 1, 2, 2e, 3, 4
or flex) signals.
Performs packet switching of a maximum of 6.4Tbit/s Ethernet
services.
For the OptiX OSN 9800 U32:
Each service slot provides a cross-connect capacity of 200 Gbit/s.
Cross-connects a maximum of 6.4Tbit/s ODUk (k = 0, 1, 2, 2e, 3, 4
or flex) signals.
Performs packet switching of a maximum of 3.2Tbit/s Ethernet
services.
For the OptiX OSN 9800 U16:
Each service slot provides a cross-connect capacity of 200 Gbit/s.
Cross-connects a maximum of 2.8Tbit/s ODUk (k = 0, 1, 2, 2e, 3, 4
or flex) signals.
Performs packet switching of a maximum of 1.4Tbit/s Ethernet
services.
Backup mode
The M:N mode is used to configure XCS boards. M represents the
number of protection XCS boards, and N represents the number of
working XCS boards.
For the OptiX OSN 9800 U64: M + N = 14, M ≤ 2.
For the OptiX OSN 9800 U32/U16: M + N = 7, M ≤ 2.
When two XCS boards are faulty, the system can still function
properly. If more than two XCS boards become faulty, however, the
system will fail.
Switching mode
Auto switching, manual switching, and forced switching are
supported.
Revertive switching is supported.
An XCS board can be locked in a working or protection state.

TNV1XCS:
For the OptiX OSN 9800 U64: Not supported.
For the OptiX OSN 9800 U32: Supported.
Other boards: Supported.
