H902MPLA Board Description

The H902MPLA board is a control board. It is the core of the system control and service switching and aggregation. The H902MPLA board can also function as the management and control core of the integrated network management system (NMS). It communicates with service boards about the key management and control information through the master/slave serial port and inband GE/10GE channel. In this manner, the H902MPLA board configures, manages, and controls the device, and also implements the simple route protocol functions.

NOTE:

Default transmission rate of the upstream port or cascade port is 10000 Mbit/s (10GE), which can be set to 1000 Mbit/s (GE) by running the speed command.

The H902MPLA board can be configured with a matching daughter board. Figure 2 shows the position of the daughter board on the H902MPLA board.
