the shot blasting system, abrasive recovery sorting storage system, ventilation and dust removal system, roller conveyer,

Roller conveyor shot blasting machines are mainly used for surface cleaning of metal plates and profiles during the continuous feeding process.

KNNJOO offers a variety of roller conveyor shot blasting machines, suitable for different purposes and production speeds. Type G series is mainly used for processing metal plates or profiles in steel structure or steel preparation industry. These devices can be used as stand-alone units, or they can be embedded in automatic conveying or sawing/drilling production lines.

Shot blasting room
The shot blasting chambers of all KNNJOO roller conveyor shot blasting machines are made of manganese steel plates. The hardness of manganese steel is relatively large, and the acceptable shot blasting hardness ranges from 35 HR C to 50 HRC or higher.

Therefore, manganese steel has excellent shot blasting properties. In the hot spot area of the shot blasting chamber, a 10mm thick manganese steel plate was added. They are connected externally and are easy to replace. When using shot blasting with strong impact force, manganese, tool steel or castings can be provided as linings.

In order to avoid the leakage of pellets, several layers of rubber pads or Vulkolan screens are installed in the excessively worn area, which are installed on the V-shaped track for easy replacement.
