1. Application
The Tubular stranding machine is used for stranding aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper, copper alloy conductors
with individual diameter as well as steel stranded wire, and steel
wire rope.

Pay-off stand, main machine, lubricating station, die-holder,
capstan wheels, end-shaft take-up with traverse, DC speed
regulator, PLC, touch screen, electric control cabinet, and
operation desk.

6. Our factory and introduction
Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Located in Hejian Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, our
company is the largest professional manufacturer of stranding
machine and pay-off machine in North China.
Since 2006, Baohong Electrical Machinery has been relying on the
care and support of customers, committed to the research and
development of stranding machine and laying-up machine, and has
made great progress. At present, our company has become the only factory in China that
can develop JLK rigid stranding machine series products for
assembly line processing, and independently developed JGB bow skip
stranding production line, CGB bow skip cabling production line and
CLY high-speed cradle type laying-up production line.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., LTD., covers an area
of 10,000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. The company has 60 employees, including 10 R&D personnel. At present, the annual output value exceeds 10 million US dollars,
and it has developed into one of the most important manufacturers
