1, Steering gear oil leakage

1) Mainly due to oil leakage from the upper cover (oil leakage at the small shaft connected to the ten bytes and at the two ends of the steering gear.

• Troubleshooting: Whether the high-pressure oil pipe joint is tightened and whether the joint seal ring is aging and damaged, so as to avoid misjudgment due to oil leakage at the high oil pipe interface.

2, Excessive free travel and noise

Whether the connection between A steering wheel and steering column is loose.

Whether the connection between B ten bytes and steering column, ten bytes and direction machine is loose.

Whether the tie rod (inner ball head) of the C direction machine is loose, and whether the outer ball head is corroded.
