LMB50 intelligent riveting machine has integrated new concept, new ideas, and new technologies, design and manufacturing joint via Wuhan university and Wuhan rivet machinery Co.,Ltd . It besides the tranditional strong power, high rigidity of the bed and riveting control function, introduced new concept of comprehesive control system, greatly strengther the auxiliary control functions including position detection, work piece measuring, riveting pressure measurement, quantity statistics, quality analysis, fault diagnosis and alarm etc, operation on touch-screen interface with extremely simple, convenient and safe. The control system is in high reliability, high speed of MITSUBISH programmable controller and it has anti-jamming technology.
