DESCRIPTION
The JaourMelt ® 3511C is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive
specifically developed for construction
applications of nonwoven disposables. The product is featured low
odor, and is with good machinability and
provides good penetration and wettability to various substrates,
high bond strength and tack.
SUGGESTED USES
The product is suitable for construction adhesive for nonwoven
disposable applications.
OPERATING GUIDESThe material can be applied by all types of spray and slot
applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 140 –
170 ℃ for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant
conditions.

Appearance : Yellow translucent solid
Color (Gardner) : ≤ G6
Softening Point (R&B) : approx. 95℃±10
Viscosity (Brookfield) : @160 ℃ approx. 1500±100 cps
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months,
from the date of manufacture, in its original
packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature
below 35 ℃and above 5 ℃.
Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination.
The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective
clothing and eye protection are strongly
recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes
generated.
Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
