Low Creep Ratio High Aluminum Bricks are produced with selected bauxite chamotte by advanced process and
strict quality control. The main mineral components are corundum
and mullite phases. Its features are excellent high temperature
mechanics and chemical corrosion resistance.
Low Creep Ratio High Aluminum Bricks the main chemical components: Al2O3 content is 30%-48%, SiO2
content is 50%-65%, and a small number of alkali metals, alkaline
earth metal oxides, etc. Mineral composition is usually mullite,
quartz and glass phase. Its refractoriness is 1580-1750℃,
refractoriness under load is 1250-1450 ℃, line expansion
coefficients is low, with good thermal shock resistance and strong
ability to resist erosion acid slag.
Low Creep Ratio High Aluminum Bricks Usually mixing high alumina bauxite plus a small amount of clay
,after grinding with gas or foam to form mud casting ,forming 1300
~ 1500℃ firing. Sometimes can also be used to replace part of
industrial alumina bauxite .
Production practice in China has proved that before crushing,
high-aluminum clinker is strictly sorted and classified, and stored
in tiers.
The use of bauxite clinker and combined clay fine grinding method
can improve product quality.
