1. The ball is washed over

Exclusion method: the assembly should be correct, the operation should be stable, not allowed to be used as throttle valve;The ball should be repaired in time after overturning and the sealing seat should be replaced.

2, when used as throttling function, sealing surface is damaged

Elimination method: the ball valve is not allowed to be used as throttle.

3. The sealing surface is crushed

Exclusion method: tighten the bolt at the valve seat should be uniform, the force should be small, would rather tighten several times, not too much and too tight at one time, the damaged sealing surface can be scraped and repaired.
