product Application 1.The mineral water production line use direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding star-wheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor to ease the process of bottle-size-changing. 2. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation of the automatic water filling machine. Instead of traditional star-wheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily , without equipment height adjustment ,only arch board and star-wheel such little nylon parts need to be changed. 3. Specially-designed rinsing grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution in this automatic water filling machine. 4. Rapid gravity filling valve with high flow makes filling faster with accurate liquid level and without any liquid loss. 5. Splint of star-wheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing.

01 - Air Conveyor.

- Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top.
- Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles.
- Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.
- All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.
- Rack made by high quality carbon steel welded.

02 - Washing Parts.

- Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle dial.
- All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.
- 304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.
- 304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable.

04 - Capping Parts.

- Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during
capping
- All 304/316 stainless steel construction
- No bottle no capping
- Automatic stop when lack of bottle
- Capping effect is stable and reliable, Defective rate ≤0.2%
