MC-400CNC Pipe cutting machine
The high speed precision aluminum pipe cutting machine is mainly
used for cutting aluminum and aluminum magnesium alloy extruded
profiles. The high speed rotating cemented carbide saw blade is
used to cut the profile quickly and accurately, and the material
can be clamped quickly and automatically. Automatic feeding,
automatic cutting, automatic chip removal and other functions can
easily realize the cutting and processing by replacing less
clamping die. Very suitable for aircraft manufacturing, automotive
and other equipment aluminum profile rapid cutting processing.
Machine characteristics:
1. The equipment is a special equipment for precision cutting of
low hardness non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper in high
speed rotating condition by using cemented carbide disk saw blade
as cutting tool.
2. The machine servo motor feeding system and automatic cutting
function are controlled by man-machine dialogue touch screen and
PLC program.
3. The feed direction is a round trip horizontal motion, which
makes the cutting stable and reliable.
4. The turning direction of the saw blade is clockwise, cutting
from the top of the material to the bottom, so that the cutting
flow smoothly into the recovery system.
5. The saw blade is designed with a large pressure cap and a fixed
screw tooth to ensure that the blade is not loosened when rotating
or cutting at high speed.
6. Gas-liquid-coupled head feed mechanism to ensure the stability
of the head feed movement.
7. By using patent technology, the section finish of material after
cutting is 2 grades higher than that of common cutting.
8. Material cutting bilateral datum positioning, two-sided clamp
clamping, to protect the profile of the material vertical.
9. Servo motor feeding system, ball wire rod transmission
mechanism, so that the material cutting length accuracy guarantee ≤
0.1mm.
