Applications:

This machine is suitable for high-speed accurate labeling of penicillin bottle, ampoule bottle, oral liquid and other small round bottles. The vertical conveying of materials and screw distribution are suitable for small round materials which are unstable in standing. The three-point positioning of rotary roller wheel ensures accurate and stable high-speed labeling function

• Star wheel type removing device ensures accurate detection and orderly removal of wrong materials during high-speed operation

• The video detection device provides a variety of detection functions, such as labeling detection, missing code detection and print content detection, etc. Unqualified products will be removed and recycled
• It can be equipped with hot stamping printer, heat transfer printer and Ouen mark to complete coding and labeling synchronously. The running status and alarm information of the supporting equipment can be reflected in real time in the system
• The speed won’t decrease when the wrong material or unqualified product is removed.
