In the clean workshop, put the flocking swabs into the protective tube and sterilize it with ethylene oxide. After vacuumizing the sterilizer, ethylene oxide was released. Ethylene oxide enters through the holes at the top of the protective tube, sterilizes the swabs, eliminates all DNA and ensure that there is no residual DNA. The rubber cap filled with desiccant is installed at the front end of the protective tube, and then sealed with dialysis paper packaging bag

Product introduction

A. DNA collection flocking swab is made of nylon fiber flocking technology, and the front end is coated with nylon short fiber fixed in a vertical way, so that there is no absorption hole in the collection area of the whole collection swab, and DNA cells will not disperse and stay in the fiber, which is conducive to faster and more efficient elution.

B. The back end of the swab can be broken, which is conducive to the automatic extraction workstation for sample extraction.

C. The swabs is inserted and fixed on the round plastic base, and the transparent plastic protective tube is sheathed on the base, and the transparent rubber cap is sheathed at the front end of the protective tube, and the desiccant is installed in the rubber cap.

D. The swabs were completely protected from biological contamination.

E. There are holes at the front end of the protective tube, and the moisture in the swabs can be absorbed by the desiccant through the holes to prevent the deterioration of biological substances

Usage method

A. Pull out the protective tube and spray the extraction solution on the swabs to make it wet.

B. Wipe the suspicious spots with the swabs.

C. The moisture of the swabs can be absorbed by the desiccant at the front of the hole to prevent the material evidence from corruption.

D. Put the swabs with protective tube back into the dialysis paper bag, and the evidence information can be written on the bag.

E. Return to the laboratory, put the swab head into the centrifuge tube, break it at the break point, and leave the swab head in the centrifuge tube.
