In order to simplify transportation and minimize the risk of
contamination, chip makers use wafers to move and store wafers,
which are primarily used to place and transport wafers in
semiconductor manufacturing.
The wafers have symmetrical grooves inside and are of a strictly
uniform size to support each side of the wafer, usually containing
25 wafers per wafer. The wafer box is generally made of translucent
plastic material with heat resistance, wear resistance and
anti-static addition. Different color additives are used to
distinguish the metal process section in semiconductor production.
Due to the critical size of the semiconductor, the density of the
pattern, and the very strict requirements for particle size in
production, the wafer boxes must be connected to the
microenvironment box reaction chamber in different production
machines to ensure a clean environment
