Introduction of NPK Fertilizer Production Line
NPK Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to
produce compound fertilizer and the capacity ranges from
5000-200,000 tons/year. It can granulate NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP,
CAN, SSP and other materials into compound fertilizer particles in
one processing line.
According to the many years of production experience, the DZJ
series roll press granulator is a new type of equipment developed
on the basis of the original double roll extrusion granulation.
Working Process Of NPK Compound Fertilizer Making Production Line
It extrusion shear mode designs, through a two-roll feed, to the
distribution chamber, as out granulation, sieving machines
installed at the bottom, customized according to customer
requirements, and finally sieved granules qualified, the remaining
material being again returned mixer Granulation.
Raw Material For NPK Compound Fertilizer Making Production Line
Compound fertilizer is the fertilizer containing two or all three
of the three basic plant nutrients—Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and
Potassium, as well as microelements, such as B, Mn, Cu, Zn, and Mo.
The raw material can be powder or bulk.
Compound fertilizer production line usually includes 7 processes,
batching, grinding, mixing, granulating, screening, coating and
packaging. Batching, mixing, granulating and screening processes
are necessary. Other processes are optional based on different
capacity.

5. Double shaft power output, each shaft through coupling to drive

and convenient for the client to adjust by themselves. Provide the
drawing of roller adjustment and operation steps.
7. All machines before leave the factory, had carried out the test
and trial production by professional workers.
