1. Application
The machine is used for mechanical performance test of prestressed
steel strands and steel bar mechanical performance test. Special
clamp joint can ensure the intermediate fracture of the specimen,
thus ensuring the real and effective value of the steel strands
measured. Lower the upper cross beam of the test machine by 50 cm,
lock the reinforcement clamp tightly, and test the mechanical
performance of the steel bar. The measurement and control system
adopts the full digital multi-channel closed-loop measurement and
control system, with three closed-loop functions, that is, the
stress, strain, displacement and other closed-loop control methods,
and can conduct impact-free switching. The tensile strength of
steel strands, specified nonproportional extension strength,
elastic modulus and elongation can be determined.

4. Host Features
4.1 Adopts that fuel tank is mounted under the host, tensile test
space is located above the host, compression, bending, shearing
test space is located under the host, means between beam and
worktable.
4.2 The structure is designed with solid four column and two screw,
the whole machine has strong stability.
4.3 The host is designed all-inclusively to ensure its super strong
stiffness so that it can resist micro-deformation when it is
loading.
4.4 Middle beam adopts adjustable gap screw-nut mechanism,
eliminating the gap and improving the measurement performance.
4.5 Fuel tank adopts gap sealed, improving the measurement accuracy
and also extending service lifetime.
5. Overload protection
5.1 When the test force exceeds 2%-5% of the maximum test force of
each file, overload protection, it will stop.
5.2 When the piston rises to the upper limit position, travel
protection, pump motor will stop.
