The advantages of double diaphragm
The double diaphragm pulse valve is composed of a valve body, a
middle valve body, a valve cover, a main diaphragm and a control
diaphragm. The compressed air enters the pulse valve chamber and
flows into each chamber through the orifice, and the air pressure
of each chamber is electromagnetic. The valve is closed and the
protection is equal. At this time, the right side of the diaphragm
and the main membrane are controlled.
The pressure area on the right side of the piece is larger than the
left side. With the action of the spring, the outlet of the venting
port is closed separately, and the filter bag is not sprayed. When
the electric controller sends a signal, the solenoid valve opens
the control diaphragm. The compressed air in the right chamber is
discharged into the atmosphere through a solenoid valve, and its
pressure is lower than the control.
The left chamber of the diaphragm moves the control diaphragm to
the right to open the venting port, and the compressed air in the
right chamber of the main diaphragm is discharged into the
atmosphere, and the pressure is lower than the left chamber of the
main diaphragm, so that the main diaphragm is turned to the right.
Moving, the compressed air is ejected from the left chamber of the
main diaphragm to the outlet, so that the filter bag is blown.
