Product introduction
1.This machine is suitable for mixing and internal mixing of
plastics, rubber, plastics and other chemical industrial raw
materials. It can mix all kinds of liquid, solid and powder raw
materials together, which is convenient for rubber mixing in the
next process.
2. The mixing chamber adopts jacket structure, and the inner
surface is plated with hard chromium.
3. The rotor adopts two edge shearing type. The edge peak and end
face are overlaid with wear-resistant cemented carbide. After
grinding, hard chromium plating and polishing, it is wear-resistant
and corrosion-resistant.
4. The reducer adopts hard tooth surface reducer, the tooth surface
hardness reaches hrc-58-62, with long service life and large
bearing force.
5. The electric control system is controlled by PLC, with perfect
control system and reliable detection and alarm function.
6.The machine can be customized according to the needs of
customers.
