When shake the pump, something wobbles inside. Is it normal?
It is normal.The motor is fixed by rubber columns to bottom case, when shake the pump, the motor cover may slightly knock to the top case.

Directions for use:
1. The air pump is not waterproof or submersible.
2. Put a towel or rubber pad under the pump can reduce the sound more less.
3. Set the air pump flat on a surface.
4. Please soak the air stones for 10 mins before use to get perfect bubbles with this pump.
5. It's better to use check valve to prevent back flow of water into the pump in case of sudden power failure.
6. We suggest to put the pump above the fish tank, if put it below, check valve is the must have.
