Comparison between ultrasonic welding and resistance welding:

1. Ultrasonic welding can be carried out between different metals of the same metal, which consumes much less energy than resistance welding.
2. Compared with other pressure welding, ultrasonic welding requires less pressure, and the amount of deformation is less than 10%, while the deformation of cold pressure welding workpiece can reach 40%-90%.
3. Unlike other welds, ultrasonic welding does not require the pretreatment and post-treatment of the welded surface.
4. Ultrasonic welding without flux, metal filler, external heating, and other external factors.
5. Ultrasonic welding can make the temperature effect of the material to a minimum (the temperature of the welding zone does not exceed 50% of the absolute melting temperature of the metal to be welded), so as not to change the metal structure, high fusion strength
