WBD offers the highest quality High Temperature Casters in the
Industry. Our High Temp Phenolic wheel can withstand up to
temperatures of 475°F continuously and 575°F intermittently (1
hour). These wheels can also withstand -40 °F temperatures as well.
Our high temperature phenolic wheels are made out of a combination
of resin mixed with fiber glass in order to resist high
temperatures. These wheel can withstand 1100 lbs weight capacities
depending on the size ordered, capacities are rated for room
temperatures.
Description:
This heavy duty rigid high temperature caster is equipped with an
8-inch solid phenolic wheel. The load bearing capacity of each
caster reaches 1,100 pounds. If a set of 4 wheels is loaded on each
trolley, the safety recommendation is that the total load bearing
capacity can reach 3,300 pounds, which can transport various
heavier items.
- Heat-resistant wheels: High Temp phenolic Wheels are designed with
load capacity is the primary characteristic. The Wheels are
manufactured from Fibre Glass-filled Polyamide 6, which provides an
extremely hard-wearing wheel.
- With Locking Brake: Each 8 inch wheel has a separate brake. The
brake locks both the wheel and the swivel simultaneously, effective
to stop and prevent the device from moving and hurting others.(Only
for the double brake type)
- Heavy-duty design: Our swivel wheels are made of phenolic and
steel. They have a heat resistant, hard-wearing design with a total
capacity of 3300lbs of four. The heavy-duty wheels are resistant to
dirt and corrosion for a long-lasting effect.
