The LJBZ3370PG vertical double glazing production line has the
functions of glass cleaning, aluminum frame mounting, normal IG
unit press, double IG unit press, and double triple IG unit press.
The LJBZ3370PG is a specialized device for manufacturing double
glazing using aluminum strips, and has many advantages such as

resolution touch screen, the operator can modify the working
parameters of the production line at any time, and can clearly

The LJBZ2500PG glass press and filled gas section are suitable for
pressing two-layer IG units or three-layer IG units at the same
time. All types of flat glass (including coated glass and glass
clamp glass) can be pressed with this machine.
The LJBZ2500PG is a press with new filling gas technology. This
equipment is suitable for high-tech and new technology glass
presses and filled gas machines that use a variety of gases or
mixed gases. This is because the control system detects a preset
type of gas (including the mixing ratio of the mixed gas) and the
flow rate before each gas or mixture is filled with insulating
glass.
The LJBZ2500PG is not suitable for bow glass or twisted glass
because the plane in the press section is immutable.
LJBZ2500PG can be used to measure the gas concentration of
insulating glass online. The measuring device in front of the
device can accurately measure the size and thickness of the glass
and calculate the amount of gas required.
The LJBZ2500PG can simultaneously press and fill two IG units with
a length of less than 1.5 m, which greatly improves the production
efficiency of glass with a length of less than 1.5 m.
