Box Pressing Machine
1..The material of the frame and the operation table is
precision-machined and thicken. Equipped with precise chute in the
frame and operation table. So that it can be adjusted the size,
angle to meet the standard. The reverse clamp design makes the
adjustment very convenient.
2.Position correction and pressing box are controlled by large
diameter and small cylinder, which does not only act quickly with
high pressure but also save air source.
3.The action of auto press bubble and box outlet is consecutive and
stable and safe. Production of the box is beautiful, no bubble and
indentation in the surface.
4.In the production of the box of different heights, put the box
into the operation table, adjust the height by screw rising device
and fixed. It can save time and easy control the size of side of
box.
5.There are thick paper (eg:200-350G gold and silver cards) anti
rebound device options, the customer can choose the option item
according to different box.
6.The machine adopt famous brand linear bearing, hard chrome plated
shaft, the surface coated by the baking powder enamel printed etc.
