LS-F6 Rigid Box Wrapping Machine For Gift Box, Cell Phone Box,

Gift Box Making Machine For Sweet Box And Rigid Paper Box is used for wrapping the glued paper in the pasted box. It can
finished side wrapping, edge folding, tucking in and air pressing
at one time, which is suitable for all kinds of rigid box wrapping,
such as shoes boxes, gift boxes, cell phone boxes, perfume boxes
etc.
Mold processing
Because the wooden mold is laser cut, there will be black edges and
burrs after processing, so we must process the wooden mold after we
get it. Generally, we will use sandpaper or a sanding machine to
remove the burrs and polish it a little at the same time, so that
when the wooden mold fits the box, it can meet the requirements.
After sanding, the upper mold is covered with high temperature tape
(1. Reduce the friction of the box in and out, 2. This tape is
non-sticky to prevent glue from sticking to the mold when it is
folded in); After the bottom mold is installed, a layer of foam is
attached (to prevent the mold from scratching the box)

It has applied Pneumatic and Compressor air to driving the machine
running. It is an ideal equipment for customer which has different
quantity orders. Especially the customer seeking for higher quality
products.It has two edge folding model and four types tucking in
model. The shortest time of one box finished is 1.7seconds. The max
speed can reach 28 pcs/min to certain boxes.
