1. Description
Three claw self-centering chuck is mainly used in metal machine
tools, can be self-centered clamping or support round, triangle or
hexagon and other shapes of the outer surface or inner surface of
the work-piece, a variety of mechanical processing, clamping force
adjustable, centering accuracy is high, can meet the precision
requirements of ordinary machine tools.
The standard of three-jaw self-centering chuck is an important
basis for product design, manufacture and acceptance, and also
provides reference for supporting the host.
Basic structure and working principle: three jaw self-centering
chuck using three screws, through the disc body stop on the end
face of the screw hole, the chuck is fastened on the machine
flange. Insert the wrench into any square hole in the gear. When
turning the wrench, the pinion drives the disk wire to rotate, and
drives the three clamping claws to advance or disperse at the same
time through the rotation of the screw thread on the end face of
the disk wire.
Here are some features of the self-centering chucks: Short cylinder
center mounting; model K11 chucks are provided with one-piece jaws
(which includes a set of internal jaws and a set of external jaws);
the raw material of chuck is steel; all kinds of soft jaws are also
provided.
