1.Descripition
This chuck is specially designed for laser pipe cutter. The product
itself can be used as an independent spindle with manual chuck in
the middle. After the base of the the product is fixed, the rotary
function can be realized only by connecting the matched motor with
the gear.
Clamping the work-piece tightly and driving the work-piece to
rotate can be made by controlling two sets of jaws. Because the
length of work-piece is long, it usually used as main chuck which
is in the head position of laser cutting machine and installed on
the equipment with matched back chuck.
Because of the long length of the parts processed by the cutter,
the main chuck used as the head position of laser cutting and the
back chuck matched with it are usually installed in pairs on the
equipment.The chuck has four jaws and is in pairwise centering
structure, which can clamp the circular, square, rectangular,
elliptical and other centrally axis symmetric parts.
