Collet Chuck
1. Description
This kind of chuck can be used for internal expansion and external
clamping. The structure of it is integrated heat-treated steel. The
bearing has no load and chuck has good ability at high speed and
has long service life. It is still in low temperature when
rotating. It is two-way power to force to ope the collet. When the
pressure is interrupted, the chuck will locks by itself and keeps
itself in a clamping state.
It is easy and convenient to install it, just need to directly
connect flange to the main shaft. It can be connected to the
machine system through a three-point combination valve. The collet
does not retract and can be controlled normally. The length of the
body accuracy is within 0.01mm.
This chucks is applied to lathes, CNC lathes, grindling machines,
indexing plates, turning of batch work-piece and so on. Except this
kind of chuck, other types of chucks are also provided.
