it is consist of tyre cutter which cuts the bead of tyre
-wire bead extractor which pulls out the two strands of steel to
prolong the using life of tyre crushers
tyre crusher which crushes tyres to rubber blocks,rubber granules
and rubber powder in different sizes to suit all fields.such as
tiles,under-mat,asphalt concrete,buffer,playground etc.
-vibrator,magnetic separator which separates steel and fiber as
there are these in tyres
-airflow classifier which completely separates fiber and rubber
powders meanwhile cool rubber powder.
-rubber grinder which grinds rubber granules to different sizes to
meet all customers.
-three layer vibrator which separates different sizes of rubber
crumb
-dust and smoke removers remove dust and smoke during operation.
3.the features of our plant include:
1.To granulate radial tires into fine rubber crumb with steel and
fiber completely recycled at ambient temperature.
2.The whole input tires, after the processing, steel are completely
separated and fiber can be separated up to 99% or above. The finish
product is high and competitive in the market
