Our sublimation printer is used to make textile products, such as
blanket, polyester dress, plush toys and
so on. It prints on sublimation papers first, then heat transfer the
pattern to the fabric you want.
How Does Sublimation Printer Work?
* So how does sublimation printing work? After you have chosen your
design, you should use a sublimation
printer to print it out onto the special paper. The design is then
printed onto the fabric, by either using a heat
press or (if you are doing it at home) by applying pressure and
putting it into the oven.
* You will have to use a transfer paper (usually sublimation paper)
so that the design transfers onto the fabric.
Bringing the ink and the fabric together, the ink is embedded and
therefore will remain more vibrant for longer
(in comparison to other printing processes). The heat in the press
or the oven opens the fabric’s pores up,
whilst the pressure that’s put onto the fabric cools the ink down –
turning it into a solid form. The press can
then be released and the paper gently taken off of the shirt or mug
(or whatever object that you have used).

Textile Feature
* Capping Station:
Fedar FD5198E High Speed Dye Sublimation Printer equipped with
advanced intelligent nozzle cleaning and moisturizing
device,providing safe and convenient nozzle cleaning and
maintenance functions, making operation and maintenance more
convenient.
* Carriage:
The height of the double-head nozzle independently developed can be
adjusted arbitrarily, and it can flexibly respond to different
thicknesses of printing materials. The anti-scratch-paper function
on both sides of the small frame can reduce the damage of the
nozzle caused by the paper tilting.
* Platform:
The assembly precision of the machine printing platform is
controlled within plus or minus 7.5 wires, which lays the
foundation for high-precision and high-quality production. The
overall honeycomb aluminum alloy platform is hard-oxidized on the
surface and will not deform for a long time.
* Ink Tank:
Digital Dye Sublimation Printer uses four 3L super-large-capacity
ink tank with independent and continuous ink supply. The
powerful continuous supply ink supply system provides support for
the improvement of production efficiency, avoiding the frequent
shortage of ink in production and the heavy work caused by back and
forth inspection.
* Intelligent Shortages Alarm System:
Intelligent ink shortage system reminding, reduces the tediousness
of frequently checking the remaining ink, and promptly reminds to
