Pulse Jet Valve play an important role in dust collector. A dust collector is a system used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle high-volume dust loads, a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system. It is distinguished from air purifiers, which use disposable filters to remove dust.

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two front and rear air chambers. When the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice, the pressure of the rear air chamber will press the diaphragm close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in " Disabled. The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the solenoid pulse valve armature is reset, the air release hole of the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear air chamber rises to make the diaphragm close to the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.

Solenoid Coil

Solenoid is the generic term for a coil of wire used as an electromagnet. It also refers to any device that converts electrical energy to mechanical energy using a solenoid. The device creates a magnetic field from electric current and uses the magnetic field to create linear motion. Common applications of solenoids are to power a switch, like the starter in an automobile, or a valve, such as in a sprinkler system.

Armature

An armature assembly for a solenoid valve allows for a valve member to be retained in the closed position through a biasing force being applied therein. A moveably supported armature bolt is movable between a first position and a second position. A valve member is coupled to the armature bolt and is configured to close with the armature bolt at the second position. An armature body is coupled to the armature bolt. A resilient member adapted to hold the armature bolt at the second position so as to retain the valve member in the closed position.

Diaphragm

The purpose of a diaphragm in a diaphragm type solenoid valve is to control the air within a certain space. These control valves can also be either open or closed, depending on the movement of the magnetic core.
