Caustic soda is produced by electrolysis of salt water solution,
chlorine is produced at the anode, and hydrogen and caustic soda
are produced by reaction at the cathode. The use of RuTi-coated
electrodes in the production of chlor-alkali has the advantages of
low loss, greatly reduced chlorine evolution potential compared
with graphite electrodes, and stable size and shape. Compared with
graphite electrodes, in the same electrolysis environment, the
product quality is high, the energy consumption is low, and the
chlorine purity is high.

Shape: According to customer requirements. Product geometry: cage type,
unipolar multi-element plate anode group or other forms.

1. Zero pole distance between anode and diaphragm reduces cell
pressure and saves energy consumption
2. It can work under high current and increase the capacity of
electrolyzer
3. Increase the diameter of the conductive rod to reduce the
resistance in the structure

A: Yes.There is no price difference for making a heater with a
middle riser,but there maybe a cost adder for a longer riser.
Q: What Third Party Approvals do your products carry(CE?)
A: Almost all of our products are CE compliant.
Q: How late can you ship?
A: Normally 7 days after comfirmed the order.
