We can use leveling machine to restore the deformed punching plate to its original flat state. The steel plate with the thickness of 0.8mm-12mm can be leveled.

7: Cleaning

The punching process requires the use of lubricants, but we also have a degreasing process, which can remove the traces on its surface and make the orifice plate clean.

8: Manufacturing and deep processing

In addition to customer booking, we can also provide you with a series of follow-up processing, including: leveling, cutting, labeling, packaging, degreasing, deburring, forming, annealing, painting, electroplating, welding, polishing, bending, coiling, etc.

9: Surface treatment
