PP Electroplating Barrel technology
Barrel plating is where the workpiece is electroplated in the
Barrel. The biggest difference between it and the hang-plated parts
is that use of a roller, which allows the workpiece to be plated
during continuous tumbling.The barrel is generally hexagonal and
placed horizontally. One side of the barrel is open, and the
workpiece is loaded into the drum from the opening during
electroplating.Roller material: PP board, mesh board, acrylic
board, stainless steel board, etc.During electroplating, the
current is conducted between the workpiece and the anode, The
renewal of the solution inside and outside the barrel and exhaust
gas all pass through these small holes,The cathode conductive
device of the barrel is designed with copper wire or copper rod,
which is naturally connected with the cathode conductive device
under the gravity of the workpiece in the barrel.The efficiency of
