Anode bags and titanium basket bags are divided into polyester
cloth,polypropylene cloth,single-sided or double-sided brushing.
Applications:
Set on anodes to prevent anode sludge from entering the solution.
It is mainly used for filtering chemical raw material,chemical
liquids,anti-chemical liquid corrosion,electroplating liquids.
Characteristics:
Acid and alkali resistant and corrosion resistant.
If the anode is not pure,or the anode contains insufficient
phosphorus,the anode bag is damaged,the anode film will escape.
Clean the anode and titanium basket every half month to one
month,raplace the damaged anode bag to ensure that the plating
solution and plating tank are free from contamination.
The anode bag should be made of acid-resistant polyester cloth or
polypropylene cloth. The density, thickness specification, and pore
size of the anode bag have different effects on blocking anode
particles, black film mud particles and copper ion convection and
diffusion. Although the double-layer anode bag can effectively
block the anode mud from entering the bath solution, it is not
conducive to the dissolution of the anode, and the bath voltage and
liquid will increase, which affects the binding force of the
phosphorus film. Do not allow the anode bag to be directly attached
to the anode surface, generally use a titanium basket to cover the
anode bag.
