Plastic Mold (Mould) production process
1. 3d Design/Samples for quotation: According to 3D drawing or
samples for quotation.
2. Negotiations: Including the price of moulds, moulds sizes,
material for cores & cavities, weight of product, product color,
payment, moulds lifetime, delivery, etc.
3. Purchasing Order : After the customer confirming the mould
design and quotation.
4. Making mold(moulds): Confirm drawing, start to do DFM, mold
flows and mold detail agreed with the customer, start producion.
5. Production schedule: Every week we will feedback to the customer
about the mold progress(picture).
6. Sample shoot: We provide the moulds test samples for
confirmation(about 10-15 piece), we will start mass

Plastic Injection Mold
Drawing Format: STEP, STP, IGS, STL, CAD, PDF, JPG
Cavity Material: P20, 718, H13, 2316, 2738, S136 etc.
Base Material: LKM, FUTA, HASCO, DME etc.
Surface Treatment: EDM, texture, high gloss polishing, mirror
polishing.
Cavity: single cavity, multi cavity, as your required.
Runner: cold runner, hot runner.
Gate Type: side gate, sub gate, pin point gate...
Mold Life: 5000 shots ~ 500,000 shots, according to your
requirement.
Equipment: high speed CNC, standard CNC, EDM, wire cutting, WEDM,
grinder etc.
Lead Time: 25~60 days, according to the complexity and the items
number.
Injection Molding
Molding Type: ordinary molding, overmolding, insert molding, two
shot molding.
Production Material: ABS, PC, PP, PS, POM, PVC, PMMA, PBT+GF,
PC/ABS,TPU etc.
Production Color: white, black, gray, red, pink, as you required.
Injection Molding Machine: for trial out mold from 50 ton to 1000
ton are available.
Surface Treatment: spray painting, printing, ultrasonic welding,
nut insert and assembly.
Packaging & Delivery:
1. the mould surface of cavity and core will be covered with anti
corrosive oil.
2. the guide pin and guide bushing will be covered with butter.
3. the mould will be wrapped in plastic film.
4. the mould will be packed in customized wooden case.
5. the wooden case will be strapped with metal bands.
6. some other spare parts will be put into the wooden case together
with mould, there are material certificate, mould data
CD, hot sprue , lifting bolt , ejector pin etc.
