Product Description
Electric hoist gear box used in 0.5 t - 32 t electric hoist.It is
the part of hoist reducer.The reducer for 0.5 t hoist is straight
tooth planetary rotation mechanism, others are adopt bevel gears
level 3 or level 4 to slow down. The gear and gear shaft adopts 40
Cr or 20 CrMnTi steel forging processing, and the heat treatment,
all with rolling bearing support. The shell is made of
cast iron, assembly, dust proof and reliable.
Reducer is a relatively precise machine, the purpose of using it is
to reduce the speed and increase the torque.It has a wide variety
of models, different types have different uses.There are many kinds
of reducer, according to the transmission type can be divided into
gear reducer, worm reducer and planetary gear reducer.According to
the different transmission series can be divided into a single
stage and multistage reducer.According to the gear shape can be
divided into cylindrical gear reducer, bevel gear reducer and
tapered - cylindrical gear reducer.According to the transmission
layout can be divided into expansion type, diverter type and
coaxial type reducer.
