Clean Booth is also called non-dust working room. It is the fastest and most convenient simply equipped clean room. It has multi-kinds of classification and space collocations, can be designed as per customers' request. The main feature of it is short construction time and good mobility. In addition, for partial area that require high cleanness, we can add additional high level filters thus to de crease the costs.

The main structure consists of the stainless steel square pipe and aluminum alloy square pipe. Air flow is provided by fan filter unit FFU, anti-static curtain around, covered the seal blind in the top to reach a sealed zone, the inside cleanliness class will be ISO Class 4~8 / FS209E Class 10~100000; it is very suitable in the high cleanliness requirements of the workshop zone, e.g. assembly line work zone, high precision products assembling zone.

The fan inhale the air from the top of FFU, the air changes to clean air after going through the primary filter and high efficiency filter and was sent out to the clean booth with the constant speed of 0.45m/s±20%, thus forming an even laminar flow and making the clean air flow form a vertical unidirectional flow, effectively ensure the cleanliness of the working zone.

1.Frame: 50×50 industrial aluminum (stainless steel square pipe, spraying plastic steel square pipe), steadiness, good-looking, rustproof and non-dust.
2.Anti-static curtain: There is anti-static curtain all around (or tempered glass), superior effect of anti-static, good transparency, clear grid, good flexibility, non-deformed, good age resistance.
3.The cover of clean booth is made of standard rolled steel plate static electricity spraying.
4.It uses the professional clean luminaries in the interior, non-dust.
5.Fan filter unit FFU: Uses centrifugal fan with follow features: long-life, low noise, free maintenance, less shaking, stable property, reliable quality of fan, more than 100,000h working life, 0.45 m/s=52dB,0.30 m/s=44dB.
