Introduction
The high-efficiency fiber bundle filter is a pressure-type fiber
filtration equipment with advanced structure and excellent
performance. It uses a new type of bundled soft filler-fiber as the
filter element. The filter material has a diameter of tens of
microns or even a few microns, and has the advantages of large
specific surface area and low filtration resistance, which solves
the problem of filtering accuracy of granular filter media. Filter
material particle size limitation and other issues. The small
diameter of the filter material greatly increases the specific
surface area and surface free energy of the filter material,
increases the chance of contact between the impurity particles in
the water and the filter material and the adsorption capacity of
the filter material, thereby improving the filtration efficiency
and the ability to intercept dirt.

1. High filtration accuracy: The removal rate of suspended solids
in water is as high as 100%. When the turbidity of the natural
water with good coagulation treatment is 20NTU, the turbidity of
the filtered water can be controlled below 2NTU.
2. Fast filtering speed: generally 30m/h, which is 3 to 5 times
that of traditional filters, and the maximum can reach 50 m/h.
3. Large dirt interception capacity: generally 5-10kg/m3, which is
2 to 4 times that of traditional filters.

Application
The fiber bundle filter can effectively remove suspended solids in
water, and at the same time, it has obvious removal effect on
bacteria, viruses, macromolecular organic matter, colloids, iron,
manganese, etc. in the water. It has fast filtration speed, high
precision, and large interception capacity. It has the advantages
of convenient operation, reliable operation and no special
maintenance. The equipment is widely used in electric power,
petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, papermaking, textile,
food, beverage, tap water, swimming pool and other industrial,
civil water supply, process water, circulating cooling water, and
wastewater filtration treatment.
Structure and Working Principle
The fiber bundle filter cancels the "capsule water filling" system,
and the equipment consists of a fixed porous plate, a movable
porous plate, a fiber bundle filter material, and a gas
distribution device. The movable porous plate can move up and down.
When filtering, under the action of hydraulic pressure, the gap of
the filter material along the direction of the water flow becomes
smaller and larger, and the fiber density becomes larger, forming
an ideal filtration layer. The filtration process includes both
vertical and horizontal filtration. Deep filtration effectively
improves the filtration accuracy and filtration speed. When
cleaning, the fiber bundle is loosened. At the same time, the
method of air-hydration washing is adopted. During the bubble
gathering and water washing process, the fiber bundle is in a
constant shaking state. Under the action of water power and rising
air bubbles, the filter material is backwashed to regenerate it.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
