Fine bar screen is equipped to the chain shaft according to certain rankings,which will form an enclosed circulating toothed harrow surface.The whole toothed harrow surface does the circulating exercise from top to bottom driven by the driven chain.The solid suspended matter intercepted on the toothed harrow will be picked up to the platform,and cleaned by turning the brush.Then the goal of protecting the water pump and reducing subsequent work load will be reached.

Structure and Working Principle

The equipment adopts a back-down type and a rotary chain type. The water grid surface is composed of a toothed rake plate and a fixed bar. When the sewage flows through, the debris larger than the bar space is intercepted, and the rake teeth of the toothed rake plate penetrate the gap of the bar. When the driving device drives the traction chain to make a rotary movement, the rake teeth bring the debris trapped on the grid surface from bottom to top to the slag outlet. When the rake teeth rotate from top to bottom, the debris relies on gravity to move on its own and fall into the conveyor from the discharge port, and then be transported or further processed.

Main Features

1. The driving device is directly driven by a cycloidal pin wheel or a helical gear reducer motor, which has the characteristics of low noise, compact structure and stable operation;

2. The rake teeth are of oblique tip type and are welded into a whole with the horizontal axis, which can pick up large garbage and sundries;

3. The rack is an integral frame structure, with strong rigidity, easy installation and less daily maintenance work;

4. The equipment is easy to operate, and the operation of the equipment can be directly controlled locally/remotely;

5. In order to prevent accidental overload, it is equipped with double protection of mechanical shear pin and overcurrent to make the equipment operation safe and reliable;

6. A secondary grille is set at the bottom. When the toothed rake turns from the back of the main grille to the front side, the secondary grille is automatically attached to the main grille to prevent the flow of water from short-circuiting and flowing into floating debris.
