Application

Structure and Working Principle

The equipment adopts a shaft screw type. When the material enters the hopper, the bar slag is pushed into the discharge pipe through the spiral body, and the bar slag is compressed by the gravity to push out the discharge port, and is directly discharged to the garbage trolley for transportation inside and outside. Waste water is discharged through the drain pipe after the filter screen and the water collection pipe.

Main Features

1. The drive device adopts a shaft-mounted gear reducer, which has a compact structure, stable and safe operation.
2. The spiral blade is welded on the screw shaft to enhance the rigidity and pressing capacity of the blade. The spiral blade adopts the variable pitch form.
3. The discharge pipe and the press are simplified as 45º inclination.
4. The press frame is fixed by expansion bolts, no embedded parts are needed.
