Features:
1. The QR series pneumatic rotary valve metering pump adopts a
precise ceramic rotary valve design and is suitable for
quantitative injection of various medium and low viscosity liquids
without particles.
2. The capacity of the ruler and the integral built-in speed
controller can accurately control the filling volume and the speed,
and realize the quantitative filling under various conditions.
3. This series of metering pumps have extremely high metering
accuracy and repeat consistency, and the accuracy is better than
±0.5%.
4. The pump is all 316L stainless steel structure, all parts of the
pump have good corrosion resistance. In actual lithium-ion battery
injection and other industrial applications, which shows excellent
corrosion resistance.
Application:
It can be used for matching and reforming the filling part of the
packaging machine. It is suitable for the filling electrolyte,
medicinal liquid, biochemical reagent, chemical liquid, essential
oil, essence liquid, emulsion, perfume and
