Characteristic
XQJYP-2A is specially designed for automatic filling and capping of
essential oil bottles. It includes functions such as automatic
bottle feeding, automatic filling, automatic stopper capping, and
automatic bottle discharge. The filling part uses high-precision
ceramic piston pumps to ensure filling accuracy, fast filling speed
and wide range. The capping part adopts the servo capping method,
and the torque is adjustable to prevent the cap from being damaged.
A labeling machine can be installed at the rear of the equipment to
form a complete production line. The contact parts of the equipment
and materials are all 316L stainless steel, and the outer frame
part is made of 304 stainless steel to prevent material corrosion.
